Aside from enjoying slow motion runs on the beach, Pamela Anderson takes safety very seriously and doesn’t let just anyone drive her home—in slow motion or otherwise.
In “The Driving Game,” a PSA from The National Sexual Violence Resource Center and the National Limousine Association’s Ride Responsibly™ initiative, the Baywatch star asks potential drivers, Dating Game-style, if they’ve ever been drug tested or if they’ve had background checks—but two of the three drivers just don’t seem to get her drift.
Guess which one she picks to take her home!
There have been an alarming number of alleged sexual assaults involving ride-hail app drivers, says Gary Buffo, president of the NLA, who says that the [NLA’s] partnership with the NSVRC is a vital step toward bringing this urgent matter to the forefront of the conversation.
Anderson felt compelled to take action, exclusively telling E! News, “I worry that passengers of ride-hailing apps have a false sense of security. I think these apps could potentially be great one day, but they must operate by the same rules as taxis and limos, with drivers who have been fingerprinted, background checked, drug tested and trained.”
Kate Beckinsale and Michael Sheen couldn’t help but burst into tears Thursday night, but worry not! It’s out of pure happiness.
The 43-year-old actress took to Instagram to share why the former couple is absolutely overwhelmed with emotions: their daughter, Lily, got accepted into college!
Beckinsale shared a sweet, side-by-side photo of Sheen holding both the girls in his arms, which she wrote was the perfect reaction any proud parent would have.
“The appropriate fatherly response when you find out your girl got into college: burst into tears, drop everything, rush over and pick up everyone even remotely involved,” Beckinsale captioned the pic. “@lily_beckinsale we are so unbelievably proud of you . Fly fly fly.”
Last month, E! News actually caught up with the mama to discuss her daughter’s future and whether the parents thought she would get into acting.
“She’s going to go to drama college actually,” Beckinsale told us, joking that she and Michael had “failed horribly.”
We disagree! In fact, it’s no surprise Lily got into college with several strong, intelligent and talented women around her. Other than Beckinsale, Sarah Silverman (Sheen’s current girlfriend) is also involved in the teenager’s life.
“I’m completely open to any other strong, cool sensitive independent-thinking women who are going to be an influence in my daughter’s life,” Beckinsale said in an interview earlier this year. “Sarah’s a great person and I’m glad she’s in the village that’s helping. It’s important as a teenager to have good women in your life building up the fabric of your experience of becoming a woman. Even if Sarah wasn’t Michael’s girlfriend I’d want her to be in that.”
Michael Phelps may have taken home his 28th gold medal in the 2016 Rio Olympics, but this year, his biggest win came from his stunning wedding with longtime girlfriend (and now wife!) Nicole Phelps.
The two originally tied the knot in June during a small ceremony of five people to mark their legal wedding, but their actual nuptials were held in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, On October 29.
In an interview with Brides, the Olympian and the former 2010 Miss California, USA unveil their wedding video and dish the details about the gorgeous ceremony, which overlooked the beach as Nicole donned a Julie Vino wedding dress and gold, lavender and teal décor decorated the surroundings.
“On June 13, we look at it more like we signed our paperwork,” Nicole explained. “We pretty much got married in sweats and jams. When we talk about our wedding, we mean our Cabo wedding in October with our parents, our siblings, our bridal party, and a few people who played an integral part of our relationship while we were together.”
Of course, their son Boomer was also involved, and though he was only five-months-old at the time of the wedding, he played a huge role in the ceremony…the ring bearer!
“We put [the ring] in one of those little net bags that you have for jewelry,” Nicole explained. “We got one that matched his [Burberry] outfit, and we put that around his wrist, and he was carried down the aisle by [friend and gold medal swimmer] Allison [Schmitt], our roommate. I think he kind of sucked on the bag a little bit while he was standing up there!”
Michael said he was the “most relaxed” person in the room as he watched his wife walk down the aisle, and though he didn’t have a whole lot of involvement in the planning aspect of the nuptials, he did have his hand in one very important detail: the food!
“I had a lot of input on the food,” he said. “But besides that, Nicole and I are so similar, so I was like, ‘Honey, do you like it?’ There were smaller things where she would ask [like] if I liked this flower or that flower, and I was like, ‘Yes, no, yes, no’ and she would take it from there. But other than that, it was all her.”
They both agreed that one of their favorite things from the evening was when everyone entered the cocktail hour.
“We had mariachi music going and you were greeted by a mini taco and a shot of tequila, or a mini bottle of Corona,” Nicole divulged. “We’re taco people, and it was like, ‘We did the serious part, now we want you to party!’ I think we pushed it till…2:30 a.m.”
They danced to “Die a Happy Man” for their first dance, which Nicole said “is something that the three of us would always listen to in the car together. It plays so much significance as to who Michael and I are to each other.”
Phelps admitted if he could change one thing, it would have been to keep his beard, but other than that, he admits, “We had the perfect amount of people there to enjoy the amazing day that we wanted. I don’t think it could have gotten any better.”
After all their ups and downs, back and forth, ugly and beautiful moments together since first meeting in 2007, the couple is so happy to be pronounced husband and wife.
“We’ve always seen it as ‘If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.,'” Michael revealed. “And I guess it’s meant to be!”
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s love life took a 180-degree turn in 2016.
A little more than a year ago, the two gave a rare, joint interview on the Today Show to talk about their personal and working relationship. They were promoting their new film, By the Sea, in which they play a couple in a volatile relationship. Jolie said that unlike that pair, she and Pitt were “actually very, very stable.”
It would be their last joint interview.
Fast-forward to September of this year: Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt after two years of marriage.

In her divorce filing, Jolie sought physical custody of their six kids—Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Viviennne, and asked that Pitt receive visitation rights. He sought joint custody.
Jolie listed Sept. 15 as the date of their separation, which reportedly followed an alleged incident between the actor and one of their children aboard a private plane. In November, the FBI officially closed an investigation into the case. Earlier this month, Jolie and Pitt reached a temporary custody agreement, under which the actor will continue to have “therapeutic visitation” with the children and attend weekly individual therapy sessions.
The news that “Brangelina,” the most famous couple in Hollywood, appeared to come out of nowhere.
But did it? Were there any warning signs? Apparent tension between the two?
It’s hard to say, because Jolie and Pitt are among some of the most private celebrities, so we hardly get to see them by themselves, let alone together.
The last time they were photographed together at a celebrity event was in November 2015, at the premiere of By the Sea at AFI Fest, and they looked pretty cozy and happy.

However, this year, the two appeared to largely stay out of the spotlight and spent much time apart.
Jolie concentrated on her work as a UNHCR Goodwill ambassador and has also spent time alone with the couple’s kids. In June, three months before her divorce filing, Jolie took the children on a trip to New York, where they saw the Broadway musical Hamilton. Pitt was in France and Los Angeles at the time.
The two reunited in L.A. the following month, during which they were spotted going shopping together with their kids at a grocery store and pharmacy and also photographed cuddling inside a Jamba Juice. Pitt later jetted off by himself to New York for a couple of days.
In September, less than two weeks before she filed for divorce, Jolie traveled to London alone to speak at the UN Peacekeeping Defence Ministerial and also flew to Jordan without Pitt to visit Syrian refugees.

A week beforehand, Pitt had attended the 2016 Golden Globes without her.
The actor has laid low most of this year as well; He spent several months filming Alliedwith Marion Cotillard and spent much of November walking red carpets around the world with the actress to promote the film.
“Angelina is very dedicated to her work with the United Nations and working on other charitable endeavors while Brad is consumed with his film projects,” a source had told E! News in September. “Both of their interests have taken them across the world but not together but in different directions.”
When Hollywood Medium With Tyler Henry returns next year, Tyler sits down with the Olympic swimmer, who went into the reading as a skeptic.
During an exclusive interview with E! News, Tyler dished about his experience with Ryan and revealed what he saw for the swimmer’s future after his recent Rio robbery scandal.
“It was really interesting because when Ryan opened the door I initially didn’t recognize him,” Tyler admits. “He had brown hair and I had been seeing him from the Olympics with blue hair, it was kind of funny. Then when we sat down and we started talking I realized who he was.”
Tyler calls the reading with Ryan “interesting” because the swimmer went into the reading as a skeptic.
“It was really interesting because he went into it as a skeptic and I really sincerely believe that when he sat down he was not a believer,” Tyler says. “So I knew that that’s what I was dealing with.”
But as they sat there, Tyler was able to make a “very direct connection” to Ryan’s grandfather.
“His maternal grandfather came through and had a message about his passing in regards to Ryan’s mother,” Tyler explains. “And basically acknowledged that he wanted her to know that he understood that she wasn’t there at the time of his passing and it was a really heartwarming moment for his mom actually.”
But what really made Ryan a believer is when his paternal grandfather came through.
“What was really fascinating is when his paternal grandfather came through and he actually made a reference and told Ryan he remembered something that Ryan had done after his grandfather had passed away in memory of him,” Tyler says. “And this was something Ryan had not spoken of publicly at all and acknowledged that he was actually shocked that that came through. So that really sealed the deal for him and it really made him a believer in that moment that his grandfather was aware of this instance after he passed away.”

During the Olympics this past summer, Ryan was involved in the Rio robbery scandal that made headlines around the world. So was any connection made to that controversy during Tyler’s reading with Ryan?
“Interestingly there were no references to that, I think if anything I saw a lot of great opportunities in the future involving him in television and involving opportunities to talk about inclusitivity and bringing awareness to that, so if anything it was all very positive and did not focus on that aspect.”
After a roller coaster year of ups and downs, what were Ryan’s emotions like during the reading?
“I think going into the experience I think he was just really focused on connecting or seeing if somebody would come through,” Tyler reveals. “He probably was a bit nervous going into the experience, especially as a skeptic and not knowing what to expect. But if anything I found him to be incredibly polite and so down to earth and so likeable, so I feel like that will really translate on the episode.”
After being involved with the Rio scandal, Tyler said it will “absolutely” be great for the world to see Ryan in a different light.
“And I think people will really be touched by the connection that his family made to him and his mother and I think there’s really a deep sense of relatability there for all of us so I’m excited for everyone to see,” Tyler says.
When Hollywood Meidum With Tyler Henry returns in 2017, viewers will also see Tyler meet with Brandi Glanville and Youngerstar Nico Tortorella!
Mick Jagger, 73, welcomed his eighth child about a week ago, and it appears his newborn’s son’s name has been revealed.
A photo of Mick’s newborn baby appeared on Elizabeth Jagger‘s Instagram account, and in the caption Elizabeth introduced his name. “My beautiful baby brother Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger,” she wrote, according to reports, but the picture has since been deleted. Elizabeth is one of the Rolling Stones rocker’s other children.
Basil was Mick’s late father’s first name, though many knew him better as Joe. Octavian means “born eighth” in Latin, which is all too perfect considering he is Mick’s eighth child. He welcomed Deveraux with girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, 30.
E! News has reached out to a rep for Mick for comment.
Mick and Melanie reportedly began their relationship in 2014, after Mick’s longtime partner L’Wren Scott died. They’ve kept their relationship private, but his rep announced the ballerina’s pregnancy and their son’s birth.
“Melanie Hamrick & Mick Jagger’s son was born today in New York and they are both delighted,” the singer’s rep told E! News. “Mick was at the hospital for the arrival. Mother and baby are doing well and we request that the media respect their privacy at this time.”
The rocker has seven other children, four daughters and three sons ages 18 to 47, with four exes. He also has five grandchildren.
All eyes were on the actor when he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Thursday. During his heartfelt and humorous speech, Ryan thanked his family and gave wife Blake Lively a special shout-out. “You are the best thing. The best thing that has ever happened to me, second only to this star. You make everything better—absolutely everything in my life better,” Ryan said. “You’ve made me the father of my dreams when I thought I only had fun uncle potential.”
To mark the occasion, Ryan and Blake brought their two daughters to the outdoor ceremony. It marked the first time the couple attended a public event with James Reynolds and their newborn daughter, whose name has not been revealed. After Ryan’s speech ended, he invited his family to take a few pictures with him. At one point, little James stole the microphone—and in doing so, also stole the hearts of everyone in attendance, including Ryan’s friend Anna Faris.Ryan is used to letting his little girl steal his thunder. “I have no problem with that at all,” the Deadpool star told E! News’ Carissa Culiner afterward. “It wouldn’t be the first time. Trust me.”
Receiving a Walk of Fame star was “hard to process,” he added. “It’s one of those things that only happens once. It’s a great moment. Just to be here with all these people who helped put me up here is special. People dating back 20 years in my career are here today, so it’s great.”It’s been a banner week for Ryan, who days earlier received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy). He’s up against The Lobster‘s Colin Farrell, La La Land‘s Ryan Gosling, Florence Foster Jenkins‘ Hugh Grant and War Dogs‘ Jonah Hill. “It feels really good,” Ryan told E! News. Deadpool also received a nomination for Best Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy). “It’s exciting. Really excited bout that. Really excited that the movie got recognized as well,” the actor said. “I think that’s even more special.”
Given his busy schedule, Ryan hasn’t had any time to buy anyone Christmas presents. “I’ll do it right now. I think there’s a Sephora here somewhere,” the actor laughed, “so I’ll do that today.”
If there’s one thing we know about Chrissy Teigen, it’s that she really loves food.
Thus, when Love magazine sought out the model for their 2016 advent calendar, it’s no surprise they included her feasting obsession in the pitch.
For the 16th day of the calendar, John Legend‘s wife wears nothing but a teal, thong bodysuit with leg warmers as she shows the world how to properly get a workout in while doing jazzercise…and by properly, we mean stuffing her face with junkfood at the same time!
Teigen does sit ups while reaching for a glass of wine and completes a push up while diving into a basket of french fries face first…And somehow, she still makes the video—directed by Doug Inglish—look incredibly hot (something only she can pull off).
At another point in the video, she continues a bicycle ab workout all the while eating a hot dog and simply can’t help but bust up laughing.
Meanwhile, Teigen joins the long list of models and famous faces who have already appeared inLove‘s advent calendar. On Thursday, Ciara was featured dancing around in a lace, thong bodysuit, a corset and a hat, teasing the camera with her gorgeous smile and fierce moves.
Before that, Kim Kardashian made her brief return to the spotlight, transforming into an ethereal character walking through a painted forest of blues and greens.
A handful of other sexy ladies have already made their appearance this year as well. Irina Shayk recreated the erotic pottery scene from 1990’s Ghost, while Kendall Jennerposed in knee-high boots and lingerie. Bella Hadid parodied an ’80s exercise video (similar to Teigen’s), and Emily Ratajkowskishowed off some major under-boob while rolling around to Salt-N-Peppa‘s “Push It.”
And you thought your office holiday party was cool.
On Thursday night, famed record producer Quincy Jones hosted a holiday party for Beyoncé‘s record company, Parkwood Entertainment.
The bash, which took place at the Wilshire Ebell Theater in Los Angeles, doubled as a private screening for her hit visual album Lemonade and featured a surprise live performance from Bey herself! She sand “All Night” and was joined onstage by a group of backup singers and musicians.
Attendees included music industry execs, will.i.am, Diane Warren, actress Holly Robinson Peete, Zendaya‘s father and producer Kazembe Ajamu, and of course, Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles.
Many of the attendees posted photos and videos from the party, including clips of the singer performing onstage.
“So much love,” Beyoncé told the audience. “Peace.”
Attendees enjoyed bags of popcorn decorated with a Beyoncé silhouette from “Formation,” as well as boxes of Lemonheads candy.
Onstage, Bey wore a $795 Anastasia One Shoulder Ruffled Top and $995 Alexia Striped Flounced Skirt, both by designer Johanna Ortiz.
The party featured an exhibit of the costumes Beyoncé wears in Lemonade.
“Great night! Watched #Lemonade on the big screen and then @beyonce surprised us with a song,” Peete wrote on Instagram. “She’s such a breathtaking and stunning performer. Thank you @mstinalawson for inviting us!”
Jones’ company also tweeted “Leave it 2 [Queen B] 2 hit those riffs like a boss & feature a female sax soloist. Fun night @ the [Lemonade] screening hosted by @QuincyDJones! @Beyonce.”
